"TURK-ETTA" ROLATA 3-4lb
Our “turk-ettas” are handcrafted by third-generation Swiss butcher, Thomas Odermatt, whose Roli Roti porchetta sandwich has become a culinary landmark in his hometown of San Francisco. We're excited to introduce his newest oven-ready creation, the "turk-etta," a taste epiphany.
To make the Turketta, Thomas debones an entire pasture-raised turkey, seasons it with traditional porchetta herbs and spices, and then rolls and ties it into beautiful oven-ready roast!
Turketta Cooking Suggestions:
- Season the outside of the roast liberally with olive oil, salt and pepper.
- Cook at 325 degrees F until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees, the chefs in our network recommend pulling the roast 5-10 degrees less for a perfectly juicy roast.
- Allow the roast to rest for 20-30 minutes before slicing.
