Tamarack Sheep Farm, Lamb Merguez, Corinth, VT
Merguez is a traditional Middle Eastern sausage perfectly spiced with cumin and chili pepper. Made with our exceptional Dorset Horned lamb and processed at Nello's Specialty Meats, this is the best merguez we’ve ever tried. The Dorset Horn lamb breed is known for its healthy appetite and thrives on the lush pastures of Vermont where 3rd generation farmer, Ben Machin and his wife Grace raise a herd on pasture without the use of antibiotics.
Starwurst, Bratwurst, Brooklyn, NY
A traditional Swiss-style bratwurst, these sausages are produced by Daniela Sugarman using milk to give them their signature smooth texture. These pork and beef sausages have remarkable flavor including nutmeg and cardamom. Perfect for the grill or pan! Starwurst is made after the tradition of the St. Galler Bratwurst from the St. Gallen region of Switzerland where this style of sausage has been made for over 400 years.
