The only ingredients in these simple sausages are heritage pork, salt, pepper and herbs. The heavy hitter of the sausage world, our juicy brats are perfect on their own or incorporated into any recipe. Made with 100% Gloucestershire Old Spot pork. The pork for these sausages is raised on pasture by Ann del Campo in central New Jersey and processed at Nello's Specialty Meats in Pennsylvania.
Starwurst, Bratwurst, Brooklyn, NY
A traditional Swiss-style bratwurst, these sausages are produced by Daniela Sugarman using milk to give them their signature smooth texture. These pork and beef sausages have remarkable flavor including nutmeg and cardamom. Perfect for the grill or pan! Starwurst is made after the tradition of the St. Galler Bratwurst from the St. Gallen region of Switzerland where this style of sausage has been made for over 400 years.
