Who doesn't love a rack of ribs? Part of the primal cut of the
pork belly, the ribs are nearly always removed and cooked as a
separate cut. Our Heritage Breed Spare Ribs are especially
delicious, rich, juicy, and flavorful. No sauce needed for these
babies, just some salt, pepper, olive oil, and a good grill. Great
for parties, or for family get-togethers.
All our pork is from pasture raised, hormone and antibiotic free
animals. They are raised with care using traditional methods
guaranteed to produce the very best tasting meat. Our pork comes
from Certified Humane Berkshire or Red Wattle pigs and are
processed at a Certified Humane facility.
