Our beef is raised naturally on pure vegetarian feed without
antibiotics or hormones. The Piedmontese breed is considered one of
the elite breeds in the world.
Our pork comes from humane farms and is processed by Certified
Humane facilities. Breeds include Berkshire, Duroc, Red Wattle, and
Tamworth.
