Our pork comes from Certified Humane Berkshire pigs or Animal Welfare Approved Red Wattle pigs and are processed at a Certified Humane facility. Our other breeds include Duroc, Gloucestershire Old Spots, Large Black, Mulefoot, and Tamworth.
