These quarter hogs are the best way to experiment with all of the
cuts of a pig - try roasting, braising or even curing.
If you have a breed preference please write it in the
comment section. Our quarter hogs come from our selection
of rare and Heritage breeds: Duroc, Gloucestershire Old Spot,
Berkshire, Red Wattle, Tamworth and Large Black. We will alert you
of which breed you will receive.
Quarter pigs weigh about 35 pounds, and are the best way to try all
the parts of a pig, and come shipped in a box in the following
cuts:
