most people only know it when it is smoked. Its a great meaty cut,
loaded with flavor and very juicy. Often roasted, it feeds a crowd,
or it can be cut into steaks and cooked like a pork chop. Cube it
for a savory pork stew... there is no end of use for this value
cut.
