Fresh Ham, Bone-in, 22 lbs
The haunch of the pig, and for most Americans, it is always a
smoked or cured product. But it doesn't have to be. Roast it whole
for a big crowd, the bone in ham is a great value and a great
taste. Cut it into chunks for a stew, or slices for a pan-fried
dinner. Serve it with grits and eggs for breakfast. It has as many
applications as you can come up with.
All our pork is from pasture raised, hormone and antibiotic free
