Heritage Ground Pork: A fantastically versatile product
where your imagination is the only limitation for its uses. Our
ground pork comes from our heritage breed pigs; a lower end cut but
still fantastically flavorful.
Heritage Sliced Bacon: our bacon comes from our Heritage
pigs and is cured by Paradise Locker Meats in Trimble,
Missouri.
Surry-ano Ham: In the tradition of Serrano or Prosciutto
di Parma, the Surry-ano, named for the town in Virginia where
Edwards is located, has the same supple moist texture and
mouthwatering flavor of the best that Europe can offer. These hams
are aged for 400 days, after being given the Edwards signature
smoke.
Anson Mills Fine Polenta: classic-style, authentic
polenta from new-crop white or yellow flint corn displays an
appealing floral corn aroma and flavor and a silky, beaded texture
when properly cooked. Produced whole grain and fresh from the mill,
this is the finest new-crop polenta in the United States.
Spring Brook Tarentaise: raw-milk Tarentaise cheese was
inspired by the traditional cheeses of the French Alps, its
complex, rich flavor tastes like no other European or American
cheese.

animals. They are raised with care using traditional methods
guaranteed to produce the very best tasting meat. Our pork comes
from Certified Humane Berkshire pigs or Animal Welfare Approved Red
Wattle pigs and are processed at a Certified Humane facility.
