Regarding pork, all product is sourced from Certified Humane Berkshire or Animal Welfare Approved Red Wattle breeds with the exception of Porterhouse Chops which also come from Duroc and Tamworth breeds. All are processed at a Certified Humane facility.

For items that say “Shipping Included” there is no additional shipping cost above and beyond the item price.
Some items, like our Heritage Turkeys, have special shipping costs associated with them. You can read about these ship tiers in the product description.
For all other items, if your order is between:
$1-$99 = $30 overnight shipping
$100-$199 = $40 overnight shipping
$200 and over = $50 overnight shipping
In the colder winter months we also offer 2-day shipping tiers.

In the summer months all items are shipped for overnight arrival unless otherwise noted.
If your order is placed prior to 9AM EST on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday it will ship the same day unless with rare exception noted otherwise.
Orders placed after 9AM EST on Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday will ship the next day unless with rare exception noted otherwise.
