Our friends at Paradise Locker Meats know where the best tasting
morsels are on the pork ten rib racks. They painstakingly take off
a tiny piece from each ten rib rack they french, and pop them into
a dry rub that penetrates deep into the meat. At one ounce each,
they make a perfect bite-- meaty, flavorful, and addictive! The
Riblettes can be grilled, roasted, or pan fried. Any way you cook
them, they are a treat.
All our pork is from pasture raised, hormone and antibiotic free
animals. They are raised with care using traditional methods
guaranteed to produce the very best tasting meat. Our pork comes
from Certified Humane Berkshire pigs or Animal Welfare Approved Red
Wattle pigs and are processed at a Certified Humane facility. Our
other breeds include Duroc, Gloucestershire Old Spots, Large Black,
Mulefoot, and Tamworth.
