Our bacon comes from our Heritage pigs and is cured by Paradise Locker Meats in Trimble, Missouri. Paradise Locker Meats has won numerous competitions for their cure recipe. Try this bacon at famous shops like Cafe Rouge in Berkeley, CA and City Bakery in NY! This is some of the best bacon we've ever tried. Great for all the recipes you already love.
All our pork is from pasture raised, hormone and antibiotic free animals. The pigs are raised with care using traditional methods guaranteed to produce the very best tasting meat and are processed at a Certified Humane facility.
